As you may have heard, the new NAM Version 30 release, along with RHW 5.0 and NWM 2.0, have been released on the LEX at SimCity 4 Devotion--you can find all the details and links here. We will be uploading the files to the STEX, but since Simtropolis was down much of the day for maintenance and just came back up, we haven't yet accomplished that, though that should happen in the next several hours. We will make a proper announcement thread here in Modding-Transit Networks when that happens. Among the uploads will be NAM Version 30 for Windows.
