This journal unlike any other takes you through the first person experience of the mayor and father of a city known as Woodland Town. Here you will see firsthand the obstacles and difficulties that arise as a Mayor runs not only his city but also his family. In this world, people can live for much longer, but it comes at a cost: Weather that varies a lot. The fact that there are  places with multiple climates at the same time, which presents a challenge all on its own. It's adapt or die, in the story that takes a a mayor with dreams of turning a tiny farming town into a metropolis.    

This journal not only focuses on the growth of the cities in the region, but the growth of the characters that live within it. We get a look at the lives of the mayors children as they grow up along with the city, as well as more people as the story develops.

Founded by "The Mayor" (our main character) and Ben, Woodland Town now holds nearly 30,000 people, with several neighboring towns nearby including a small industrial city (Woodland River City) owned by Mayor Matthew, the neighbor and best friend of The Mayor. Woodland River City provides power to nearly the entire region, and houses all the power plants. As of the last update, a fire has broken out in that city and trapped both mayors, while leaving most of the region in the dark.
