The Portsmouth Tower is a building that was inspired by 17 State Street in New York City. The curved facade at the entrance is entirely glass. There are also two walls perpendicular with each other each made of alternating bands of stone and glass. The walls and the curve form a footprint of a quarter circle.   There are two lots, a ploppable and a growable.
