I present Vancouver BC. This is my second map and I had my hands full I had problems with my source grayscale.bmp and the city was originally under water. I had to paint the ocean and rivers myself after tweaking so there weren't 50 ft. cliffs surrounding the coast. I included the grayscale.bmp in case anyone wants to customize the region.
To install, just unzip to C:\USER\Documents\SimCity 4\Regions and load the game. Enjoy!
