After downloading, extract the folder and open it. Than open folder inside named "Kloudkicker" and open folder in there labeled "KK TMP IHT README". After reading the README text file inside, remove folder "KK TMP IHT README" and store it in a separate place other than the two plugins folders or discard it. Take folder "Kloudkicker" and place it in the Documents SimCity 4 Plugins folder. Enjoy while playing. Uninstalling:
Bulldoze all of the lots in every city they were placed and then remove the file from your Plugin folder. Than go check your temperature. Credits:
