Hello Simtropolis!   I am back with a new residential BAT.    This BAT here came up when I was playing SC4 and saw a certain building grow, and it inspired me to make this. This is the Concede Apartments. They are a fictional 2x2 lot for your sims to add a bit of housing variety to your downtowns. It is a R$$.
