Replaces the fire engine from the small fire department with something you're more likely to see in Europe. Contains three versions:

Oppie_Fireengine_Generic.package - Generic paint job (white stripe, no text)
Oppie_Fireengine_NL.package - Dutch striping
Oppie_Fireengine_UK.package - UK colors

The fire engines from the large fire station are not changed with this mod, although I might change this later.
