These two lots are designed to give a glimpse of SimCity's underworld. Plop them on level ground, on top of a highway or avenue tunnel and it appears as if you can look down into the open tunnel. This is of course an optical illusion - but one that adds another dimension to the looks of your game. It is pure eyecandy and does not need to be 'connected' to your network.       LOTS   Both lots have indentical values, with two different designs to suit your needs.   * 2x4 Underground Highway - Red Brick   * 2x4 Underground Highway - Concrete     Plop cost: 2500   Bulldoze cost: 100   Monthly cost: 50       DEPENDENCIES   - None -     DEVELOPER NOTES   Both designs have night lights.   The lots should be plopped on level terrain.   They provide a slight landmark effect.   You find them in the 'Transportation | Miscellaneous' menu.       INSTALLATION   Just drop the included folder in your My Documents/Plugins folder.
