This is a semi-radical modd, in that it makes some very noticeable changes to the appearance of the "Graphs" in the game. It adds some additional useful [& perhaps some not so useful?] items to some of the Graphs. It also adds some New Graph Buttons/displays to the already existing Graphs in the game. This modd contains the following changes for items related to or associated with the "Graphs" in the game: Features Power Graph now has Imported and Exported items added. Water Graph now has Imported and Exported items added. Garbage Graph now has Imported, Exported, Recycled, Waste to Energy, Landfill, and Garbage Pollution items added.
  *NEW* Graph button: RCI Totals. This displays the totals of R, C & I in a new graph display. *NEW* Graph Button: Extrapolation [RCI]. This displays the amount of Extrapolation for RCI from a city. *NEW* Graph Button: Radiation [Pollution].   To use this modd, simply extract the archive to your "MyDocuments\SimCity 4\Plugins" folder.
