This mod will change all of your sidewalks to the maxis white/greyish texture ,regardless of lot wealth .
This mod can not be used in conjuction with any other sidewalk texture replacement mods.
To use , just put the .Dat file into your My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins folder.
