The path lots are just eye-candy to simulate the tracks left by all of the construction vehicles. The Construction Sites are 6x6 lots that will level the ground under them, similar to PEG’s CDK Levelers. When placing the Construction Sites, the site fencing and vehicles should be visible, allowing you to easily place the lots. I am sorry about this and I would have extracted the props myself, but that would have made this file rather large. The file contains various cranes, the two construction pits, an underground parking entrance, a three-story on-site work office, the site fencing, the base textures I used, and other content. The “ConstructionSound.dat” is required for the query sound to play. Otherwise you will hear nothing or the game might crash.
Installation: Copy the files to the My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins folder.
Uninstallation: Bulldoze the lots from your cities and then delete the files from your system.

Feel free to modify the lots to your liking. Just be sure to credit the authors of the props/BATs/textures before releasing to the public.
