This is a set of - currently - nineteen additional high-wealth commercial lots (stages 6, 7, and 8).  These extras allow not only for you to see some of the new textures and props created by Simtropolis members in conjunction with some Maxis-made buildings, but also for more control over where exactly these buildings grow.  You're pretty much sure to get a fairly tall building if you zone a 3x5 tract, for example.   Half the purpose of these new lots is to have some cool-looking props that Maxis did not get to use when they were making the game show up on your default residential lots.  As such, there are quite a few dependencies.  Not every file requires every one of these plugins, but if you want to use all of them, you're gonna need these. Prop Packs: Conglomerate SimGoober Prop Pack (x3); MJB Trees and Bushes (volume 3); MJB Fences and Walls; and CARCH Fountain Prop Pack. Textures: NDEX Texture Set, Volume 1; Cerulean's Texture Set.   Please comment constructively on these lots.
You're gonna need the final version of the NDEX texture set, by the way.  >_<
