It's been a while since I've discovered this problem with my game, several attempts at fixing it have just made things worse.    I installed the launcher from the STEX and at first the load time of my game reduced to 5 minutes, but now it takes anywhere between 30 mins to and hour, and then another hour to load a single developed city tile, and once that loads it looks like this (as well as being extremely laggy):   Any ideas?    I've got simcity Deluxe through steam, so all game updates are included.   Processor: Intel® Core i5-4200U CPU @ 1.60GHz 2.60GHz RAM: 4gb System Type: 64 bit Graphics Memory: 1792 MB Intel® HD Graphics 4400 750gb hard drive, 267 gb free
