    Took a bit of head scratching.
  2. I`ve tested how lines and Ai sticks to lines and or other vehicles on the same line. I think you know and see alot in lineup behind each other. Use the mods: Unlimited Outside Connections For your creations it works pretty well. Ships have lot more space to drive into. I realy recommend this because i see alot crap managed line creations out there. Also there is no need to have lines close to the borders like in sc4 - if you place harbors the lines connect very far. It even works without the unlimited connection mod. Creating such "Nets" works better instead of singlelines. Owi
  3. With the exception of cosmetic appearance, what do the external train connections do for me? Why should I put a train connection within my city? Does it increase how fast my city grows? Help the commercial or industrial areas?

  5. having a little trouble with the rail&road connection/crossing...i'll add more pic's latter..if anyone has suggestions or pic's that shows a similar connection...post it please...i like to test my R&R tracks with the u-drive it feature, and need to make better left/right connections.
  6. Neighbor Connections

    Regarding neighbor connections... Do they have to match up exactly 'tile wise' with a corresponding type connection in the neighbor city to work properly or is that rather a more aesthetic thing to do for the region view to look good?

    Devilspine Canyon is a map with many elevation challenges but also a few areas for a rather large sprawl. It has beautiful vistas, waterfalls, creek beds, towering bridges, lush forest land, tons of resources, long winding freeways and rail, all built with painstaking detail. Unzip the contents of the folder, copy the 3 .crp tree files and place them in: AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Assets 3. Play! For those new to the game. There are several areas that have highway off ramps acting as roads. These are just placeholders to show where the roads can go. You can choose to upgrade them where they are to any other type of road or just bulldoze and make your own. All of my maps are hand crafted with loving care and designed with the city builder in mind.   8. I've watched carefully the video tutorial and searched in the forums for a previous answer, but I can get no clue about which intersections are possible to make with the el-rail over avenue. Specifically, it is possible to continue the el rail from the el rail over avenue linearly, or at least parallel to the network direction? Ideally, I'd like to do something analogous to this: But I'd to workaround it, and got this: I'll be very thankful if you can help with this!
  9. Apologies if this a re-post. I did search the forum, but with 70 pages, I wasn't able to verify that this hadn't been requested. I was wondering if it is at all possible to create a mod which would increase regional commuting. Two aspects that I find somewhat unrealistic about SC4 commuting is: -Commuters can only travel one city to commute. There are plenty examples in metropolitan areas with commuters driving/taking the train vast distances from their small suburb to their downtown job. As well as the reverse commute and inter-suburb commute. -I believe that in the instances of next-city commuting, the amount of commuters is limited to 10% of total (?) or unfilled (?) demand. Again, I find this unrealistic. Ideally, a mod to adjust either of those two factors would be appreciated. Maybe the one thing (maybe) I liked about Sim City 2013 was improvement on regional commuting - and also alleged intercity travel for students, shoppers, and tourists.
  10. Has anyone else come across this glitch or have a way to fix it? I can't get avenue's and highways to correctly line up one side does and one doesn't. These are the automatically generated connections but even if you delete them and connect from the other city it still does the same thing... Any help would be appreciated.
