1. Andia

Version 1.0.0

This was made by 'and, so it's called Andia. Lots of flat place for building, which is nice if you use roadtop mass transit of any sort. Features both coasts and mountains. A greyscale image, region.ini, and config file are included. Use the config, or make your own to suit. To install press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+R, browse to and select the greyscale image, then go do some chores while the game renders the map.
2. Downtown Prowersville: Nightlife

From the album Night Scenes (S3-12-E)

The skyline of Prowersville may look nice during the day, but at night, it is absolutely stunning. In Sparkle's city that never sleeps, the corporate executives and working class alike take the night shifts in relative safety, given the crime rate is so low, and the organized crime syndicate, the SouthWest Anarchy Group (S.W.A.G) was defeated just a few years prior. In the morning, expect a lot of people at the McDonald's on the first floor of the Prowersville HQ, eating hash browns and hotcakes.

3. Seeking Recommendations

Hi all, I am seeking to find quality SC4 youtube content comparable to Haljackey's "Building a City from Scratch" series, ( which I Love by the way). Any suggestion would be appreciated. Best.
4. Raven Bay

Version 1.3

Raven Bay is the last map in a series of five that I set out to do for Cities Skylines. This is a European themed map. It has a rather large, open flat area for building a gigantic, sprawling city. It has plenty of resources with oil being the exception due to it's hideous color. Set amidst a small mountain range this coastal map has vibrant farmland, one large flowing river, a fully laid out highway system with interchanges and a full rail system. I wanted to create the vibe of a large interconnected European Costal city. For those new to the game. There are several areas that have highway off ramps acting as roads. These are just placeholders to show where the roads can go. You can choose to upgrade them where they are to any other type of road or just bulldoze and make your own. (Note) Upgrading to the largest wide avenues might affect some treelines. They were drawn in using the highway width as a guidelines so most roads shouldn't affect the trees. Steam link : http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=451151642 To install the map: 1. Download the zip file. 2. Unzip the contents to the folder: AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Maps 3. Play! This Color Correction http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=417935657 is used in a few screenshots. The Moving Sun mod http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=420230361 was also used on some screenshots I also recommend http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=403798635 for unlocking 25 tiles. You can play without it but you'll miss out on quite a bit of the map. All of my maps are hand crafted with loving care and designed with the city builder in mind. Let me know if you spot any issues and I would love to see any cities made on this map so shoot me a link or leave it in comments. Enjoy!
5. Adamskii Land - Chapter 2 Teaser

Adamskii Land Chapter 2 is coming...
6. Coast Chaparral (mayor mode)

This mayor mode tree brush is a replication of the semi arid Chaparral scrub seen in Southern California and other Mediterranean climates throughout the world. The dependencies are as follows: BSC MEGA Props CP Vol 02 http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=2790 Seasonal Flora Patch for All Terrain Mods http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=2612 BSC MEGA prop pack Jeronij - Vol 05 http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=1586 I HIGHLY recommend this mod to add realism to your canyons and valleys to give it that valley oak touch. Girafe's Oaks are the best models I have seen and really resemble the oaks seen in valleys in Mediterranean climates: BSC - VIP girafe oaks http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=2632
7. Introduction to the region

Welcome to my new city journal of Trifort. Trifort is a rapidly developing fictional U.S. state. The region includes New Concorde, one of the world's largest cities and truly the gem of Trifort. It may be surpassed in grandeur (if not size) in the next decade or two, however, as a new city is being constructed entirely on man-made islands in the Vivec Ocean off the coast of Trifort. More on New Concorde and Trifort Ocean City later... Below you can see the southern part of Trifort. Trifort is actually a fairly large-sized state, stretching to the north for many miles.
8. The Hill Metropolis

It have been a while since I was at Simtropolis or posted anything. I have made many cities that I didn't post in my CJ. I will start with this city. Most of the cities I have built are located in a mountainious area at the San Fransico map at Simcity4, the best terrain to enjoy building a city is a mountainious one, it presents alot of challenge to make the city look smooth and realistic (not some 90° roads and stuff like that). I hope that you like the theme. P.s.: These are some virgin images (not edited). As you go down the page, the density of the city will decrease. My cities always have some ruins and buildings from the past, a city must always try to preserve it's heritage.

9. Hradec

And we're back again at the Illyrian coastline. Featured today is the town of Hradec. In many ways a typical coastal town of the Illyrian Empire. On the other hand, it has some features which are rather unique within the Empire. It is only one of a few Illyrian sites were traces of roman architecture can still be found. It contains the best preserved roman theatre in the Empire. Although the town was founded in the first century BC, the theatre and a few columns are the only remnants of the roman city that once occupied the site on which the (much smaller) medieval town was built in the 12th century AD. The third main sight in the town is the Monastery of Our Lady built in the late 17th century. First stop the town centre. The marina on the site of the roman and medieval harbour. The roman theatre from the 2nd century AD. To the right remains of the roman main street and traces of a villa with mosaic floors. A few overviews of the town centre. The Monastery of Our Lady from the late 17th century, the largest monastery in the Empire. And two overviews of the entire town.
10. The city that you can't say it's name. This city have been growing rapidly in the last 10 years due to globalisation, after being a small ancient town (that is all what is left from a once great city and a naval empire) with it's remaining walls and ruins. The fast urbanisation created many problems like pollution and traffic, but it is changing from better to better everyday. Sihvregsكhf斯sdvجwew克xvcريfa菲zecmكlpcocwرxret is every mayor's dream, it combines culture and history with the modern world, it's roughly unique in my CJ, but it's different. It's very dense comparing to the other cities, with all of it's wall to wall building and small appartements in the city center, but it's alot more spacious and confortable outside that area. Despite all these tall skyscrapers, old and traditional buildings that make the city's indentity are still thriving in the city pockets between the big skyscrapers that are almost taking over the city. You can also see that the city have a rich architectural style from the various civilisations that passed threw this city, to make the city as it is today (more pictures and scenes will come). No past no future right? Now getting closer the coasts, the city density decrease, you start to see the sky, you also get to see more old and small buildings. Also alot less pollution and more fresh air. This part of the city have many hotels, restaurents, shops, etc.. This part of the city that is outside the citywalls, is rather new, and it's main activity is tourism, you can see alot of shops and modern buildings here, also many houses for rent, it's still under developement and construction... (Next update) because of the historical value of the city walls and the other ruins, also the high cliff, it's abit difficult to go down from the main city to the shores, so to preserve the city walls and to make this part of the city more connected and increase buisness in it, many tunnels have been built connecting it to the rest of the city. There are also many educational and research instiutions in this part of the city. See you in the next Update:
11. Bonland

Version V1

This is my 2nd region I've made today. Bonland is my biggest region ever created, featuring lots of space to build you farms, countrysides, and anything you plan on building. It also has some rivers and seas, suitable for building tropical paradises. But it doesn't include any mountains, cities, or trees, as shown in the pictures, and it may look different depending on what mods you have (if you've installed any, of course). Enjoy, and go to my website to see more of my stuff! Setting up the region Make a new folder, then put all the files from the archive in that folder. Start SC4, then hit ALT+CTRL+SHIFT+R to open up the box where it asks your for the terrain grayscale image. After you find my files in your folder you created, hit OK and the game will begin generating the region. Depending on your computer and CPU processor, this can take anywhere from 30 minutes to about 2 hours. For me, it took exactly 1 hour. The same also applies whenever you're loading regions of this size. Bigger regions take longer to load than smaller ones.
12. Asod Coast

13. Bastion, Arcadia's coastal metropolis

Hello there and welcome to my very first CJ! First of all I'd like to say that this modding community is simply amazing, the detail and amount of work that every single person does to create their own cities and mods is simply astonishing and I'm glad to be here. So without further delay let's get to it. Bastion, Arcadia's capitol, spans south of the region, bordering it's beautiful coasts that spans as far as the eyes can see, due to it's specific location, Bastion is the main transportation hub of the region in which transportation hubs intertwine to deliver and collect resources from other cities. Due to this, Bastion has developed into a sprawling metropolis with a heavy hand in the trading industry, everything from foodstuffs, to electronics and cosmetics all travel through this busy metropolis. Here we can see the towering skyscrapers that loom over the city, the views within these very buildings are astonishing, at one side you can see the beautiful boardwalk and coast and on the other you can see the city for miles, due to this, a ferris wheel was contructed not long ago to make use of these gorgeous views for entertainment and tourists alike as many people flood the streets to enjoy the nightlife, generating a nice traffic flow to enjoy sightseeing before heading towards the Indoor Market located just south of it. Above is the Indoor Market, where hundreds of shops sprawl inside of this building, divided into 2 wings, one side containing a farmer's market and food court to enjoy delicacies within the region, and the other containing popular clothing stores and electronics stores. Here we can see the highway that crosses through the city, the heavy flow of traffic has forced the city to build multiple tunnels and leadways that intersect each other to help out bottleneck avenues that are flooded with traffic. And the final photo for today, the highway leading into and out of Bastion, sprawling towers greeting you as you enter, giving you a feel for what's to come.
