  1. I was thinking on a very simple concept for a lot: a ploppable speed bump which has a little less capacity than the network it is placed (so it reduces the speed of the passing traffic) and has a little negative pollution effect, to simulate the improvement on environment quality by lessening the speed of vehicles on a road.

    I remember having seen a speed bump on KOSC's parking set, but I'm not sure if it's a baked texture or a model; on the latter case, it would be very easy to repurpose it...

      Might be able to do it as a special version of a quick Road-to-Street-to-Road transition as well.  superhands, while playing around with prototypes during NWM development circa 2009, did actually draw one up as well.
