    Ok so maybe like 5 years ago. I installed SimCity 4 rush hour again after my computer crashed so I had to start from scratch again. I then downloaded mods and stuff from here. Now I remember the last time I played installed a mod for realistic trees on sidewalks. I then noticed hudge package in multiple parts in my city that sits in the center of a street. Now, the thing is I have no clue what is missing and I thought after closing the game the next day will go and fix it but never had the chance until 2 years later. Now, ,I have time and when I opened the game back up. i see these packages and I know the last mod I got was realisitc trees it was posted on here but I had to go to another website to download the files. Now, I have no clue what is missing. I never exactly found out what. I see just massive big boxes in the city right over t he streets. I also have custom streets like asphalts et c. my question here is there a way to know exactly what files failed to load or is missing? I have no clue if there's a way to see what file was supposed to get loaded that's missing. That way it will help me figure out what is needed to clear the boxes. The reason I say t his is because I don't know exactly what is missing because there's tress that is realistic on the sides of the street that do load and don't know if it's a missing tree file or if it's a texture not loading for the streets which are 2 separate mods.

    To make big cities you just need to find the region file. It is a bitmap and open it up in any paint or photoshop program. Blue means water I think... Or might be city bounderies. The map is color coded so different colors means something different to the map. You can set city boundaries and add water or raise land or lower land etc. It's not easy to do but with much practice you can do some neat things.
