    A new version avaible:
    Now the file are better orgenised so anyone can understand, the stats are realistic (according to SimCity 4) instead of the high population stats.
    More errors have been fixed, now the buildings do cast shadows, and you can see them in all zooms (in the previous version, you can only see the lots' tiles of the houses in the furthest zoom (zoom 1 I suppose).
     
    Now it also have 10 BATs (just an extra one from the archive)
    If the buildings are too repetitive in your city, or pop out too much, and invading your city, just go to the houses' files, and delete some of the .SC4LOT files (make sure that you keep at least one in each file, or you will not get that building and you will have to download this pack, again.)
    The file called (Tn house Z 1x2 and 2x2) contains the lots that are clearly (1x2) and (2x2).
    Just delete what you don't want.
     
    If you like the high stats (each house have around 150-200 population...) you can download the first version.
     
    This pack have numerous urban w2w residential BATs (9 BATs).
     
    The houses that have solar panels on their roofs have no or little power consumption, they also have no or very little air pollution, I really don't know how does some small urban residential houses can cause air pollution.
    They all grow in low density residential zones, except that appartement building (the highest building in the set) that belongs to the medium residential density zone.
     
    The BATs that are included are the ones with the black background (9 BATs).
     
    These houses are all growable, and if you like to use them anytime, you will also find them in the parks menu.
    If you feel that you don't like to have them in your parks menue, just delete the file named "Park plopable version" (SimCity 4\Plugins\Tn\Tn residential pack\Park plopable version), the growable version is in the file named "Growable $$ low density residential lots" (SimCity 4\Plugins\Tn\Tn residential pack\Growable $$ low density residential lots).

    If you are interresed in the other BATs that you see in the ingame shots, see my other BATs.
    In case you wanted to modify to add these BATs to more lots, or to other lots with higher density, you can find them as props (just search "Tn", and you will find them), or as buildings (also search by "tn"), if the building that is 1x1 doesnt fit in one tile, just place the building named "000000000000" for the small house, or "0000002121..." for the bigger houses, and just place the prop on top of it.

    The hospital have a range of 900 meters, 10000 patient capacity.
    It's costs you 1200-1000 each month.
     
     
     
    No dependencies are needed.
     
    Kimlea noted that there is a small problem with night lights in this file, if you have that problem or if it bothers you try hes solution: 
    ""Very good building but it has a slight fixable problem with the night lights.
    This file has an invisible building and the actual hospital is a prop. Unfortunately the creator forgot to activate the night lights for the hospital prop. To get the night lights to work just open the file
    Tn hospital-0x6534284a-0x7a9a66d0-0xdb576264.SC4Desc
    in the “Reader” and in the Exemplar file change the value of "Light" (double-click) from False to True by changing the hex number from 0x00 to 0x01 ""
    I didn't try it but it's worth the shot I think. 
     
    (installation: place it in the file "plugins" in your simcity4 directory or in "my documents"; "simcity4", 'plugins"..)

    Please note that this upload is not mine, all the works in this download were created by Kazuki which were originally hosted here. Since those files are no longer available, they have been recovered here on the STEX, so people can continue to download them.
    This package includes six lots that can be used to create park areas, intended to be placed between road networks.

    This is my first upload to the STEX and my first creation.
    The Torch is completely out of my own imagination and features 10'000 CO$$$ jobs.
    No night lighting whatsoever because I didn't know how to do it.

    This is a prop pack, that contains many destroyed walls and other stuff, to make a ruins lot.
    the props' names' start with "ru-", like "ru-p01"
     
    There are around 14 pieces to use.

    The picture below was shot in 1898, the landmark however, is older (I don't know when was it built), it's in Tunis; Tunisia.
     
    A part of that building is a hospital, and the other part is a mosque (my guess), I did make the whole building model, but it was too detailed and large to export, so this is the first part of it, the mosque part.
    You will find it in the education menu, as a museum, and at the landmark menu too.

    You'll find this mosque in the educational menu.
    Beside being a mosque, it have a small library section in the building, and also an educational section about the relegion for kids.

    it is located in Kairouan;Tunisia
    Those are 1111 years old water reservoirs (built in 9th century; Aghlabic dinasty), and also points that natural rivers and natural springs were transferred to get the fresh water to the city.
