  1. I'm planning a complete, not-quite-vanilla rebuild of Port Matthew. Do I bulldoze and rebuild or start a new region from scratch? And how plain should my plugins folder become? I'm hoping for 500mb to 1gb. Any suggestions?

Yeah, staring at my BSC folder (over 500mb alone) made me a bit sad. I *really* want to keep those parks and canals, though.

You don't have to delete anything. Move your unwanted plugin files to a separate folder in your Documents named 'unwanted SC4 plugins/mods' and put everything you don't need in there. That's how I manage things!

Of course I didn't delete my plugins folder, that would be silly. What I'm aiming for is a more toned-down, green, modern city that's less crowded and populous than the current iteration.
