The Pearl of the sea...

Holahu is located in the Pacific Ocean near Hawaii. Holahu is known for its international buisness relations and tourism.

A few years back, Holahu suffered from devastating financial problems. Nowdays, the city has a large income mostly from tourism and oil. Back when at the time of the financial crisis, the city's population was 600,000, but after the crisis, a rapid population growth has struck the population clock to 3,000,000.

After the financial crisis, the city rose from the darkness, and is currently known as the "Pearl" of buisness in the Pacific Ocean.

Rapid growth took the city onto the world map of buisness, tourism, and leisure. Today, many world known investors are interested in

many large projects under construction or finished in Holahu. The biggest project was finished 4 months ago, The Holahu International Financial Tower or locally known as "The Needle" or "HIFT". Rising at 924m in height, it is the tallest structure in the whole world.

Over capacity

When Holahu was growing, the city was planned to be a home to 1,5 million inhabitants. But the rapid immigration rate has brought people from all over the world to Holahu. Most of the people in Holahu are americans, middle easterns, british and asians. Due to this rapid population growth, the cities population has more than doubled to over 3 million inhabitants. The road system of Holahu is was not designed to handle this many vehicles, so Holahu suffers from big traffic problems. The city has a working rapid transit system including 4 metrolines and 9 buslines with a tram system planned. But many areas are not covered by the rapid transit network.

One of these areas is Holahu Office City. Office city is home to over 300 companies, and over 700,000 people work there. The roads

covering Office City are small and were desinged to handle about 300,000 people. Traffic around Office City is the worst during

morning and the afternoon rushour. The Transportation Berau has a tramsystem planned for Office City for the future, but the traffic is getting worse everyday.
