I'd put some retaining walls around those parking lots. Only parallel parking can accomdate such slopes, since there is a curb to stop any rolling cars.

Interesting use of PEG's ploppable rocks, they look good! Also, I would agree with Motina, you might want to flatten out some of those parking lots

Very nice arrangement with PEG's waterfront pieces. I however disagree with CTMandR and I think the rocks look out of place. Motina's suggestion may work better for you (using some retaining walls). I also agree with the flattening of the parking. :)

I agree with JGellock about the rocks. Those would have been placed there for reclaimed land, and would then be hidden through landscaping, for such a developed area. A lesser developed shore line that have been built on would leave loose rubble like that.
