Development has increased in the Tamewood Industrial Project, along with the first airport in Rooleyson (more on that soon).

The T.I.P. (Tamewood Industrial Project) is the major industrial district of Rooleyson. It contains many heavy industry and some manufacturers, and growing. It is one of the primary districts of work and resources to support the city. It is well known for its strong eonomic role in the city and in hte universe. It already provides many heavy industry and manufacturing to other cities and is increasing. As the production increases, there will be more developments within the project, which calls for a good layout and transport network.

Here is an overview, showing the current districts and areas of future development...

(Errors - District 4 in Purple is actually District 5, and District 5 is District 6)

District 1 - The first district contains mostly medium density heavy industry, with a few smaller heavy industries and the odd few manufacturers. This is where the T.I.P. first originated and built upon from. It also contains some of the small power stations.

District 2 - The second district also contains half medium density heavy industry and half manufacturers of mixed densities, from small to high. The manufacturers line up and down along Heaton Park, while the heavy industry lines along T.I.P. Road.

District 3 - This is where most of the high density heavy industry is. They are gathered around Metal Circuit, and on the streets around. Some high density manufacturers are also in this district.

District 4 - This district contains mostly medium density heavy industry. It also contains waste dump and recycling sites as well as the current main power station. This is also the site where more planned power stations and waste stations are to be developed.

District 5 - This new district currently contains mainly medium manufacturers, along with low and high density manufacturers. There are also the odd few medium density heavy industry. Future development in this district will be of medium density manufacturers.

District 6 - The planned district which has just started construction will contain mostly medium density heavy industry.

Other Future Districts - There are still more planned developments and districts within the T.I.P. to be constructed. One of them, beside District 4, will most likely contain mostly medium density heavy industry. The planned districts around the airport will be of manufacturers, and similar to District 5. The planned area to the east of the airport, on the otherside of the highway, will be of a mix of manufacturers and heavy industry.
