In Madison there were more expanding residential zones, which extended was extended to Madison Road. More shops moved in on Madison Road, and some small offices.
With the growing city, city council passed building a water pump, the two water towers were destroyed.
Also, the city needed another power plant, so city council decided to build another natural gas power plant.
With the extra power, Madison built a power line to Riverside, and sold some of their power to Riverside, which was struggling for enough power.
