Looking good, love the construction. Look forward to the new subdivision.

@Sim_Link: Thanks a lot! Your CJ Windermere & Taschereau are a great inspiration to me J

Nice job! Though some more MMP flora would be nice!

@Hahei Thanks a lot! I don’t have Rush Hour so 99% of custom content doesn’t work, this unfortunatly includes MMP flora L thanks for giving telling though

Fantastic news report! The image is a little blurry, but otherwise it looks great!

If you have Photoshop, I could send you the .psd file I used to make my mobile news. You're more than welcome to it. J

@DaTSchikinhed:Thank you! I took a picture from google and edited it in paint, next time I’ll take a screenshot on my iPod and edit that. Then it will porbably not be so blurry, but thanks for offering!

I like the updated look. So much green, the terraces look great. Good stuff you've got going on!

@NMUspidey:I'm happy you liked it, I'm still learning every day!

Today I have as promised part II of the grand make over at the Outer Port in Bijsterveld. Last update was about torning down and terraforming the landscape, this update will be about “furnishing” the area.

Last update we left at the terracing of the new subdivisions.

The streets are laid out

While the subdivisions are being built let’s take a look at the boulevard. The tunnel was just finished when we left, now the area above the tunnel is made into a park. Parking places have also been added, this way the buildings can come closer to the boulevard.

One by one the abandoned offices are torn down.

Back at site 1 the first subdivison is finished. Several apartment buildings were built. Thanks to the space around it’s very popular by young families.

The second subdivision if filled with modern row houses.

Port Avenue was built as it looked like in 1910 some mansions in a style typical for Heimen in the early 20th century were built up the hill.

An overview of the entire project

I hope you liked these construction updates I might make some more so please tell me if you did or didn’t! :D
