@art128:Thanks for voting on the poll!
@Efkin: It won't be finished for a couple of updates or so.
@NMUSpidey:Well, that site had a lot of problems because they were afrid they wouldn't be able to fit the airport and highway between the river and highway. Also, there is planned to be a rail link between the airport and Downtown Madisonville. Curving around the mountains would be difficult and would waste money and resources.
@JGellock:Well, actually they want to get the airport built immediatly, and where did you mean a artifical island?
@Will13: The southern peninsula will be extended a little ways, and the airport will be built on that site.
On this update of Paradise Island, Madisonville is undergoing a sudden change. Real estate developers have suddenely sparked an interest in the city, with the first of the proposed high-rises being built: A 15 story, 170 foot hotel.
Meanwhile, 1 mile to the west, a mid-rise condo rises up out of the sands, becoming the tallest building on the island.
The local residents are shocked by this change. They fear that their view of the ocean would one day be blocked by high-rise hotels and condos and that they must fight it.
