From the years 1910 to 1914, Pasipalm saw heavy growth and many civic buildings were built. The population also grew considerably. (And of course a installed custom content ;) )

Pics!

7-26-1912- An elementary school and a small hospital was built to cater to Pasi's sick and stupid population.

2-10-1913- Three beach houses were built, which overlooked Pasi's blue waters.

On my to-do list:

-More neighbors

-More CC

Develop an avenue that borders the coast. R and C lots that face it are very desirable and it additionally provides a scenic thoroughfare!
Also, that 2x2 block between the hospital and school would look nice if it were a park or plaza.
Love the beach houses and water mod you have.

This city looks nice and grimy. I like it. Advice though, make sure when you get R$$$ separate it from R$$, because if you don't, the city will look fake and ugly. To do that, make some R$$ houses historic. You should get the Peg Brigantine water mod too, but get rid of the other water mod first.
