      This one is all my own – but couldn’t have been without Vnaoned beautiful obelisk. And it is for Dreadnought, who loves the Needle. (Bonus : it can be combined with several other of my parks and plazas using the same pavement texture).
      Many thanks to my technical gurus, Rsc204, Kosc and Dreadnought. And especially Rivit, who lighted my SC4world. Also the willing victims of the beta-tests, RobertLM78, Handyman and, again, Dreadnought. And the guys and gals on the forums (Twalsh, Matias93, Fantozzi…). We need help when we begin sneaking a peek under the hood of SC4. That the community is always willing to lend a hand is a constant and pleasant reassurance for us noobies.

      I'm a novice at SimCity, other than playing it a fair bit 10 years ago, so all the help discussion is complex and overwhelming.  Consequently, this is probably a "duh" for most players, but......  I have 3 old SC4 files for cities that I've saved from a computer very far away and long ago from a time around the initial release of SC4.  My question is, are these of any use to install my original cities, or do I need a whole bunch of supporting files from the original install that are now long gone on the old machine?  I can't seem to find anything that doesn't involve a lot of add-ons, installers, etc, so any instruction on a simpler level is welcome.

      Where can i find a most basic how to tutorial in using NAM RHW? Whats the proper set up for connecting neighbors using NAM for example 8C?

      LLB-Tariel Obelisk Place MODULAR
      I made the original Obelisk Place for Dreadnought a.k.a. LLB, who loves obelisks, columns, statues and assorted such grand urban art. He has since brought me to the Modular side of the Lotting Force, the practical beauty of which he illustrated perfectly with this relot of the original. I added a small 1x2 addon to balance the set-up when necessary.
      The dependencies are the same as in the original
