Jacque Fresco, the founder of The Venus Project, a strong advocate of a Resource Based Economy, and one of the most inspiring persons in our days, died peacefully on the morning of May 18, at 101 years of age. He was a man of science and rationality, who dedicated his life to find the best approach possible to solve all of our problems, like the need of wars and poverty, and redesign our culture, this time based not on money and greed, but on what makes us human, like curiosity and kindness. When the world was losing the hope for something better, Jacque gave us something better than hope. The blueprints to build the better we all need and deserve.

"Every action and decision we take - or don't - ripples into the future. For the first time we have the capability, the technology, and the knowledge to direct these ripples."

"If you want a better world, you have to work towards it. If you do nothing, nothing will happen."
