Moving Entrance Sign

Is it possible to move the entrance sign into city. Some cities have it at an angle and I would like it to be straight.

In general YES it should be possible.  We are in general but not as a priority looking at several regional rules and aspects of plops which include but are not limited to the SIGN on entrances to cities but is not limited to those items.

 

Railroad bridges, Road Bridges and other regional objects are being looked at to make a little more improvement to that space externally to the cities that everyone is now using.
