A mod for contiguous parks and roads

From a purely aesthetic perspective, when placing parks besides roads in SC13, there is often a space in between the edge of a park and the road. Trying to eliminate this unwanted 'ugly' space requires perseverance and it's not always possible for a park to be placed without these unwanted dirt and grass gaps. Placing a park compounded by three roads can be done without the unwanted space between the park and a road but when  placing a fourth road such that the park is completely enclosed by roads changes the edges of the park and more dirt appears. This creates an ugly disjointed design where nothing seems to fit together properly. 

 

I'd like a mod that removes the nodes on which you plop parks and instead, are able to place a park anywhere you want to, similar to drawing roads without grid lines. These images were generated on completely flat land so terrain elevation is not the problem here. I don't know what causes this anomaly when a forth road is placed. I'm thinking along the lines of a reconcile edges tool? 

 

 

 

This anomoly occurs for all plopables in the game but I wonder if anyone from the mod community could have a fiddle around with this because it's possible to produce some very polished looking designs in which parks and roads join together seamlessly...
