Alloy for TVs?

So I just plopped some consumer electronics factories, and I notice they're producing TVs even with having any alloy (they have processors and plastic though). So what materials do u need exactly to create TVs? .......to create computers?

You only need plastics and processors to produce consumer electronics.

The alloy is required along with plastics to manufacture processors.

If that was true then why would the consumer electronics factories even display stored alloys (which OP observed)? Are you sure that your trade depots are not secretly supplying the factory with alloy you imported for your processor plants?

OP: it's probably a bug or lagging display
