Got Refund! for Simcity

After trying to figure out why game was freezing after a few minutes, I gave up.

EA answers login also stopped working for me. Forgot password wouldnt work. Chat wouldnt work

Was on hold with EA customer service for an 1hour and half.

Just called in to amazon and got a refund and got it within 2 minutes. Am so glad!!!!!!!

Amazon is one of the best companies in existence since they actually care about the customer. EA on the other hand....

 

Btw I hope you don't have that many important games on Origin because apparently people have been getting banned from Origin for getting a refund from Amazon or even just complaining:

And now you don't have SimCity 2013, which is getting better and more stable all the time. Had you gotten a refund when it was a train wreck, I would congratulate you. Having gotten a refund now, however, hurts no one but yourself.

I have to agree with this man as I love the game. More fixes means more to explore

I beg to differ. What REALLY can happen, was he got his $60 back, and now he can just wait until the price depreciates, and can pick it up again for a quarter of the cost. In the end, he saved money and still got the updated game. I'd say that's the opposite of hurting himself.
