Full screen on Windows 7

In the link Dabyr provided, you're most likely going to be using the -customresolution and -r commands. You need to know what your native desktop resolution is in order to make these commands work, which you can find by right clicking on your desktop and clicking "screen resolution". My resolution is 2048x1152, and I want to run the game in 32-bit color, so I use these commands:
-customresolution:enabled -r2048x1152x32
-CPUcount:1 is also recommended, as it is known to increase performance and stability on muti-core systems.

Hope this helps!

Tsk, tsk. We don't know what version of the game you have. If it is fully updated Deluxe at version 1,1,640 or 1,1,641, and you have a 16:9 screen, you need the option cited using your own resolution. Here is my start up script for Linux:

#!/bin/bash

date

env WINEPREFIX="/home/john/.wine" \

wine "C:/Program Files/Maxis/SimCity 4 Deluxe/Apps/SimCity 4.exe" \

-intro:off -CustomResolution:enabled -r1920x1080x32 -d:software\

-f -CPUcount:1 -audio:off &>~/sc4.log

date

The highlighted options are for my 24" screen (DVI mode).
