Disappearing Building.

Hello, sorry if this has been asked before, I tried looking for a thread like it but could not find one.

I placed the Bank of Moscow - Centre Place, which was placed next to a large hospital (Zamora University Clinic). I demolished the hospital to replace it with another building and then the Bank of Moscow vanished. The building is gone but the plaza/lot it was on is still there and indestructible. I can't demolish it or destroy it.

I've even tried hitting it with a meteor, it just deformed a little, but still there.

Here is an image of my city so you can see what I'm talking about.

Thank you for any answers. :D
