HSRP Transit Hub's elevated rail connection is not working

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I'm having trouble with getting elevated rail to work with the HSRP Transit Hub mod. For this station, the HSR works, the rail works, but somehow elevated rail just won't work.

I've tried to isolate the problem by creating a test city with the elevated rail being the only path of commute, and confirmed that the issue is specific to the station. I also tried to ensure there are no adjacent road crossings immediately outside of the station, but that didn't help.

Anyone know if this is a known issue with this station? If so, is there a way to make it work?

Thanks in advance for any answers.

Remember if HSR rail is the re-skinned monorail and it will not work with elevated rail. The same thing also happen with the heavy ground rail, the type of the rail that you use to connect an elevated rail station to another station is wrong. El-rail supposedly working together with subway only and not any other kind of transportation except GLR/tram if you have it.

The conclusion is, it's not an issue or bug, but it is the part of the way this game works. El-Rail, GLR, and subway could working together to create a big transportation network, but none of them created to working together with neither HSR/monorail nor the heavy ground rail.

  • The HSRP Transit Hub () is a transit station that has connections for two HSR lines, one rail line, and one elevated rail line, and also serves as a bus station. I'm not mixing up the rails. The building has support for all three types of rail. The HSR connections are on the side while the rail/elevated rail connections are in the middle.

When I draw HSR through the building's HSR connections, they work.

When I draw regular ground rail through the building's ground rail connection, it works.

When I draw elevated rail through the building's elevated rail connection, it doesn't work.

Edit: to clarify, by "doesn't work" I mean that the game doesn't seem to recognize it as a station for that type of rail where sims can get on and off. Even though I can draw the rail through the station fine, I never get traffic on it, ever, even when it's the only option for sims to take to get to work.

That's the problem I'm trying to figure out.

    Thanks,

My questions now are how many el-rail stations/hubs/subway station that you have in your city and do you connect all of them ao it will become a transportation network? If that hub is the only el-rail station that you have or you don;t connect an el-rail station to another station, then no one will use it because they can't go to anywhere using the el-rail.
