Statistics at Advisors pop-up mod?

Getting deep in SC4 I started to learn about mods, BAT, Lots and anything else. While doing this I saw a video on youtube, where a guy talks about building cities on SC4. But the point is, he uses some mods in this video, I discovered that one of these is NAM, but the one that is hard to find is this around 1:50 on his video, where are showed some statistics on the advisors Pop-ups, and the RCI bar in vertical. Someone could figure out what mod is this?

But just one more question. The RCI bar is vertically positioned in this video, this is because he is using the version 1.1.640 of the game, or this is a mod too? Because I'm using version 1.1.610, and here the things looks a little different.

only time i've seen the RCI go horizontal is when you have the lowest setting for the resolution, try a higher setting
