Harbors and Road connections?

I am having trouble trying to get a road connection into my harbor so that it can function.  Anyone have a technique that works?

I haven't had any problem, can you detail your problem a bit more or maybe take a screenshot? Remember too that it can take a few moments for the computer to update connections and realize it is now collected, so maybe give it a little time.

    Thanks for the reply (been involved with March Madness, LOL) so hadn't replied till now.  I guess I will have to try the time thing when I can.
