Today, I present to you, the Portland, Oregon-Vancouver, Washington Metropolitan Area, U.S.A. Located at the confluence of the Columbia and Willamette Rivers, the Portland-Vancouver Metropolitan area spans both the U.S. states of Oregon and Washington.  It is home to approximately 2.3 million people.   The map is 24 x 24 large city tiles and is accurately scaled based on DEM data.
