So here it is folks, Psychedelic Park 2.   Plop Cost=$300 Budget Item Cost=$15   Nice YIMBY effects and it looks really trippy at night.   Files included: sc4LOT file, sc4desc file, sc4model file and mjb trees and bushes from Grampa Al (I think?). you will need these in order for the trees to show up.
