Additional notes from this review: Alright. Let's get started. After about a minute of playing with this I realized it did not work. That was until I Plopped a low value house, it surprisingly worked. I then tried every single Low Value Trailer house, to see if it worked(They did). I then tried the Low Value Commercial stores too, They also worked! I then tried placing a mansion, It didn't work. So I went to the parks tab and placed down to plazas, then tried to place a mansion.. And it Worked! So the solution to this problem that everyone is having is that the land value needs to be matching with the building you're placing. (I Haven't tried medium density housing yet soo...)
