This is a Tudor Town House, most commonly found in parts of the UK. It is a slightly modern version of a historic building, you find alot of houses like this is the UK. They look good in old parts of town or just on their own. Made this really for an old part of town in one of my cities. Cannot remember the number of residents, because it's growable, but its R$$$ 3x3 lot growth stage 6.   Installation: Copy all .sc4model/.sc4desc and .sc4lot file into your simcity4 plugin folder.   Havoc Construction Ltd.     I may make a few more tudor type buildings, this is just a basic house i knocked up when i had a bit of time.
