Wow, an old fashioned map upload.  Very retro.

Looks good after downloading.  But you should put a picture in the description showing the entire region; or at least the greyscale.

It's an OK map, but i'm not really invested in downloading it. I have several maps to work with already and I just don't really find this particular one being something I could get much use out of for the way I play my own cities. However, I have some suggestions that might help you create a stronger map:

First, I would recommend reworking the presentability of this file. The description is short. Yes, it tells me Vucova is a village in Romania, but I don't have anything else to take from that. Perhaps if you were to give more information about it's history or maybe some insight to it's significance and impact on the nation. The pictures could also use some attention; if you included more pictures and especially ones where you have water/terrain mods in place, then it would make users interested in your works. If you're ever in doubt on what to do, you could draw ideas from other files such as this San Felipe, Mexico by NHP.

Next to be addressed, the map itself. It doesn't seem like there is much detail in it. Other than the river cutting through the map, it is just a flat piece of land. You could make some subtle changes so that it is a little more to it like low, soft hills and some eroded spaces along the river. If you really felt like it, you could make some changes to the land to make it more unique. There are many land-forms to choose from that can be used to really spruce up a landscape.

And lastly, don't be discouraged by the comments other members leave here. Some will leave nasty comments, but let them. They're trolls and they will say what they want. Just take the constructive criticism that's given to you and learn from what you're being told. If you are lost or unsure about what to do, you can use the forums anytime. You will be given instant feedback and when the time comes to upload, it will do well on the STEX.
