About This File

Transform your city's roadways with the new Civilian Vehicles Collection! Available for Online and Offline use!

Over 5 weeks of work went into creating this vehicle mod, featuring vehicles from North America and Europe. A HUGE THANK YOU goes out to fellow modder, Tobse. I want to point out that this mod would not have been possible without his help with vehicles, his knowledge, and long nights spent on Skype chat with me fixing errors and putting this project together. This is just as much his mod as it is mine. If you get a moment, stop by to say thanks to him.

This mod replaces all civilian cars (14 in total) in SimCity 2013 to real-life, high definition versions of the vehicles. Our plan is to release full separate versions for Europe and North America in the near future, this is simply our first mixed edition to get it in the hands of players as soon as possible. If you notice any problems, please report them in the comments and we will look at the issues as soon as possible. Be looking for more mods like this very soon! Thanks for your support. Happy modding :)

The SHK Parking Pack is a combination prop and texture pack designed to enable lotters to create varied and distinct parking lots with little or no need for multiple dependencies. This project is the result of many months of work with the overall goal of providing everything I could think of to make any configuration of parking area needed.
There are 3 parts to this download, textures, vehicles and parking props.

      Textures

Contains a set of 5 asphalt and concrete base textures as well as a few overlays for bridging connections at various points where other textures meet.

In addition there are 2 files which contain the bulk of the overlays. Two identical sets have been created utilizing both white and yellow space lines, that when used correctly work as a texture changer to enable utilizing either all white or all yellow space lines for any lots.

      Vehicle Props

The largest part of the pack is the vehicle props, starting with 150 single timed and untimed vehicles in both orthogonal and diagonal varieties (300 total). In addition there are a large number of orthogonal and diagonal timed clusters (68 total).

Both the individual vehicles and clusters utilize a special timing system that along with the included prop families enable the creation of ever changing lots with little to no chance of repetition.

      * For full details on this system and others within this pack, please refer to the included documentation.

      Parking Props

A collection of over 100 props to add character and life to your lots, everything from shopping carts to speedbumps.

*Note - This download contains no lots, it is intended as a dependency for my own and others future lots.

Props, textures and modding by shokthrpy.
Special thanks to my fellow Nightowls Paeng and Murimk, for without their knowledge, assistance, determination and occasional prod with a sharp stick would this have ever been possible.

Ok guys, so I´m new to this game, I only played SC4 and now I´ve decided to try it, and a few days later, to get the must have mods, but unfortunately TMPE and Next aren´t working and I have no idea why. The new roads from Next 2 are nowhere to be found in the game and TMPE gives this message when I load up a city, both are at their most recent versions and I got all the DLC, everyone else seems to have it solved. I tried to manually install it, but I don´t know if I put it in the correct folders, thanks in advance fellow mayors.

      Hello!
This is my first post on this website and I'm making this because I have a problem. A few days ago, I've been getting back into SimCity 4 as I feel less and less interested in Cities: Skylines at the moment. My goal, as it is in any city-building game, is to start off with a small town and develop it into a sprawling city. In SimCity 2000 and Cities: Skylines, this is no problem as long as I know the basics and some tips and tricks for improvement but as for SimCity 4, it's a bit more complicated than that. Considering this is the most feature packed title of the whole SimCity franchise from what I know, I would assume this game is not as easy as Cities: Skylines in terms of trying to build a small town with whatever money you have and later develop into a large city. That's fine, but with complicated things are and not as easy to find out, I can never create a city in SC4 that would even come close to what I made in SC2000 or CS.
At the moment, my biggest issue is that my low-density residential zones have trouble getting to develop despite my low-wealth residential demand at almost 100% at all times. Now I don't know if this is because I haven't developed any neighboring cities for outside connections or there's too much services or there's not enough jobs for everyone or there's not enough parks or a combination of any of these factors but it takes zones a long time to develop. We're talking months of in-game time wasted before anything happens and sometimes it's just one or a few houses that develop and I have to wait more for the rest of the area to develop and even then there maybe a few little areas that still haven't developed.

If you want to see what I created, I have uploaded the folder of the region (which is the vanilla New York region) here (the city is America City in case you didn't know): https://drive.google.com/open?id=1hdbPZuxsOnhO921VK732X4S5wg5lIWkD
No mods were used while making this city and I would like to keep it that way just so I don't have to deal with the hassle of installing, uninstalling, and reinstalling mods for whatever reason. I would like to keep it vanilla as possible but if for whatever reason, I would need to install a mod if I absolutely cannot proceed without them, I will if needed. Thank you and have a nice day!
