$1,000 is not cheap, even for my profitable city. Sorry, but $1,000 is just too expensive for me, thanks anyway for sharing this file that can be useful for some who can spend a lot of money in their cities.

well you can easily seed a tree, but when it grows out, it becomes harder to remove

You can always use the simcity 4 plugin manger to tweak the lot to your liking

But how put to all into industrial zone and remove the air polution becomes more demands with RCI and more population. So do it your reaward in your city. =) Your Rated is 7/10

Great idea, I'm definately going to use this in my cities with air pollution problems (if I have enough money to spend on a favorable solution to air pollution) 4/5 = Rate

Not sure if I will like to download this our not for one thing it cost way too much to Demolish about 1mill just to doo so if u fix this I will download it eventullley I give this a 5 out 10 but keep up good work

yeah, it's improbable for a realistic city. but if you run it on money trees like me and just aim to make it pretty, then this is perfect as a hidden, useful element of a city. 8/10!

If you want to use this tree for less pollution,then you should construct it when you have like a profit of like §2,000 then you should be able to plot it and you will earn much money and less problems. I have a city who has a mother load of pollution and now it's gone because of this (besides other plots and mods) and this should be useful but the money to keep it running.

Everyone is saying this is too expensive, but I think otherwise. It's well worth it for the pollution it gets rid of. Also, it feels like cheating if you are getting rid of pollution at little or no cost because it is for sure not like that in real life. 10/10

I'm going to download this, my cities are pretty rich and could use this tree!
