Hello! This is the first BAT that I upload. It is a building that I made for my city and is inspired by Shuwa Shiba Park Building( thanks to MIKADOCANON for identifying it) in Tokyo, east of the Tokyo Tower. It's only a landmark and it doesn't have any jobs, my city is mostly eyecandy so I didn't bother with it. I also don't have much free time, so I won't do any more changes to it.
