Tokyo Station is a large, multi-modal transportation hub intended for use in dense cities with a highly developed transit system. This station is intended to serve as the focal point of your network, allowing sims to easily transfer from one mode of transportation to another all within the same station.
This gem of a station was originally created by APTX. With the demise of his site, many people have been left in the dark as to where to go to download his creations.
Like the NAM-compatible Bullet Train Mod (BTM) and bullet train skins I have uploaded from APTX in the past, good faith is assumed. Credit should be given to APTX for creating this station. I am merely uploading it to the STEX for all to enjoy, with the permission of APTX and the Simtropolis staff.
Anyways... onto the station:
From front to back, the first 3 tracks serve elevated rail lines. The back two lines serve bullet train (monorail conversion). In the subway view (underground) there is a 1x1 tile near the centre of the station that is concrete. Run a subway line through it to connect it to your subway network.
Tokyo Station was built in 1914 and has been reconstructed many times. Its most major rebuilds took place after World War Two, in the 1960’s for bullet train compatibility, and most recently in 2011 for expansion. It serves as the main transport hub for Tokyo, Japan. If you have any questions or concerns about the mod please post below.
Thanks and enjoy!

Multipurpose Monorail/HSR and El-Light Rail station, with bus and subway station.
If you are using the Submenu DLL, the station will show up in the Transportation/Misc-Transit/Multi-Modal Stations Submenu, without the DLL you will find it somewhere in the Rail menu.
List of Items:
* aptx_prop_pack_tokyo_station.dat (included) – originally the included models and props were on loose, and contained one inproper model file as well. I datpacked them and provided a cleanitol to help removing those.
* TTRL_Utils19x10_TokyoCentralStationVer1.15_f24cbb26.SC4Lot PLOP_19x13_TTRL_TokyoCentralStationVer2.0.SC4Lot – it also contains the custom UI/query data
* z__aptx_tokyo_station_RHD paths.dat – by default it comes with the RHD path file, but one can find the LHD paths (z__aptx_tokyo_station_LHD paths.dat) in the ~Documents folder. If you are using LHD set-up, simply replace the RHD path file with the LHD one.
Dependencies:
None, but I highly suggest you have at least the recommended downloads
Alternatively if you already have the SC4D LEX Legacy - APTX Dependencies Pack V1 installed the APTX Mega Prop Pack05.dat already contains the models and props which come with this upload.
Recommended Downloads: Bullet Tran Mod (BTM) version 1 or version 2,
Network Addon Mod (NAM) (this still contains the main HSR mod, which is also compatible with the station, although since NAM v37 and above, the NAM doesn’t contain the ML Shinkansen (BTM) mod anymore. A „final” legacy version will be uploaded probably at a later time).
Suggested Downloads: a Bullet Train skin for your monorail cars (You can find some among APTX uploads on the STEX or the VDK HSR and Bullet Train Skins over at SC4Evermore and many others)
You can also use the HSR mod in place of the BTM. You can also use monorail, although that will look a little wonky
Installation: Copy the "APTX" folder from the zip (or unzip it) into your plugin folder. The station will be installed by default with the z__aptx_tokyo_station_RHD paths.dat, but in the ~Documents folder you can find the z__aptx_tokyo_station_LHD paths.dat if you are using LHD set-ups.
