This is a ploppable flour mill for your farming communities. It is classified as Dirty Industry but actually pollutes very little. It is very useful for satisfying some of the demand for dirty industry without sacrificing the look of your farming community.   Stats: Based on the RCI Ploppable Blank Lots Employs 30 people Requires water and power to be connected but uses no nett amount of either (it is powered by the wheel) No plop or monthly cost Air Pollution: amount 10, radius 10 Water Pollution: amount 10, radius 25 Garbage: 4 Found in the landmarks menu   You will need Pegasus' Pond Kit for one of the base textures (Texture by Pegasus used with permission)   I don't intend to make a growable version at this stage, as it would look very strange if it wasn't on a waterway. This may change however once I get better at using the BAT and Plugin Manager.
