This is little thing that I made over a year ago but never got round to releasing.  The reason was that I'm rubbish at lot editing and don't like doing it very much {aside: or at all!}.  Since it's over a year old it's not very current.  I've lost the gmax/max file now so I can't do a darknite render or an SD render.  This is the Maxis night and HD render that survived recent computer problems.   Pyynikkin Näkötorni (Pyynikki Observation Tower)   ...Is a small observation tower located in the city of Tampere, Finland.  It is perched on the worlds highest gravel ridge, and sits amongst pine trees in the forested Pyynikki park.  It offers superb views over the trees of the city and surrounding lakes.  Once you've had a look you can go below to the café and tuck into their world famous munkki (doughnuts).     Stats:    YIMBY landmark only Lot size : 2x3 Plop Cost : §30000 Bulldoze Cost : §450 Monthly Cost  : §120 Pollution: Air 1,1 - Water 1,2 - Garbage 5,0 Flammability : 5   Dependencies:    Sorry I couldn't keep these down to zero, but they are pretty basic sets:   BLaM Glenni Prop Pack BSC TexturePack Cycledogg V 01b BSC MEGA Props CP Vol01 BSC MEGA Props - SG Vol 01   It's not perfect, but I can't make it better now unless I make it again, so I might as well put it out into the ether.   I hope you like it.   PS: I'm not Finnish, nor do I speak Finnish...
