The zip file contains two files. A .SC4lot file and a .dat file
The 4x3 lot will show up in your landmarks menu and provides 12 agriculture (low wealth) jobs. However, since this lot is really a ploppable agriculture lot, it does not ship any freight. The lot is transit enabled and looks best when plopped on PEG’s dirt streets where the textures will match.
The .dat file contains the props (the greenhouse and underlying floor) and the PEG dirt street base textures (which will show up in the Lot Editor for use in other lots. Many thanks to Pegasus for making these textures.
While the SAM V3 (Street Addon Mod Version 3) https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=1594 is not a dependency, I recommend trying it (at least installing the PEG Dirt Streets component) so that your farming community has diagonal dirt streets as well as orthogonal ones.
You are free to make and release any lots you like using the props provided but may not re-distribute the props themselves. You are expected to list this release as a dependency. This is standard STEX policy.
The real added feature I was able to achieve with the greenhouse is the semi-transparent glass. If you use the Lot Editor, you can place whatever props you like inside the greenhouse and they will be seen (in-game) through the glass. However, you will not be able to see the props through the glass while in the Lot Editor. Do not be alarmed. Things will look just fine in-game. Not sure why this is, but it is.
