This is an AFL (Australian Rules football) stadium, something you Sims have been lacking since SimCity 3000.

Build cost = $150
No dependencies (if you are unhappy with the base textures, props and all that, I engorge people to change it to what they won’t to see.)
I also wont to thank the people that gave me advises and tips on how to use Max and put up with my silly question, (SimFox and kelldale2003).
